3 day Christmas festivities in Lisbon stay

Location to restaurants shops local transport metro and Christmas festivities and fairs. Large rooms with walk-in showers. We've stayed many times at this hotel for the location. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory. There's a kettle in the room and daily complimentary bottle of water.

Unfortunately this visit the WiFi connection was very poor as we were given a superior twin on the top floor (7th). Needed technical interference 48 hours later, so little disappointed having to use my phone's hotspot. As usual, they still haven't added memory foam toppers to the beds, so it was still too hard for us.

2 night stay while we waited to meet our cruise ship. Food was good. Good location.

Very attractive and good location for walking around.

Room was hot and the AC was off due to time of year. Staff told us to open a window which did not work at first. Eventually got it open.

The location, food and decor were all great, but what made our overall impression was that the hotel porter was always smiling and cheerful, the most positive person in the hotel and in general.

Enjoyable due to the location and accommodations. Lacks a four star experience.

Location was the best. Walking distance to metro, city center and some sights.

No wash clothes. Wish I knew before I arrived. Europe does not provide wash clothes. No way to call from room to front desk. Phone in room does not have any information.

Lovely stay for a birthday celebration

Employees were lovely, friendly and helpful. Really nice feel to the hotel.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. Very hard to sleep through the night due to the mattress being uncomfortable. There was also a light flashing from the phone against the mirror beside the bed. It was very annoying at night as the room was lit up every few seconds as the light flashed.

Convenient & Excellent Lisbon Hotel

Convenient location in Lisbon with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Easy walk to main shopping area and pickup area for tours. Supermarket nearby. Extra friendly and helpful staff, as our luggage was delayed.

Nice hotel. Nasty booking conditions

Everything is nice, comfortable and clean. No doubt.

I had a flexible rate, that allowed changing the booking dates if plans were to change. In effect I had to change the booking twice. Yet the hotel refused to accept rebooking for all proposed dates for which the price would have been lower or only slightly higher than the first booking. So I ended up having to pay 50% more at each change of booking: 100% increase at the end. Never more!

Very clean modern great facilities.

Coffee - a big disappointment . Portuguese are supposed to be big on coffee but unfortunately here breakfast only has instant coffee as do the rooms. Such a shame for such a nice place.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff throughout with a couple of areas which could be improved.

All staff very friendly, approachable and helpful. For example giving advice on local amenities and calling a taxi. The location was very central to transport both on the metro and tour buses.

Breakfast was chaotic to be fair there were a lot of people but no plates for about 10 minutes and no immediate replacement of eggs in the hot selection. The shower in our room was very difficult for me to operate and water came out of both sprays at once. Also we had to ask for someone to sort out the shower gel as we could not get it out of the bottle due to the rack it was stored on not allowing us to compress the plunger.

Ideal location for us, clean and smart room, with friendly staff.

Check-in was easy, greeted by Raphael who was polite and provided all the information needed. The hotel was spotless and all the staff friendly. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Easy 15 min walk down to the Rossio/bottom of Lisbon which we enjoyed. The big park nearby (Edwards Park) was a favourite and we visited the botanical gardens for an hour within the park, would recommend!

Only thing, our booking confirmation stated a tourist tax of 2 euro per person per night. We did not know that Lisbon had just changed it from 1st Sept. to 4 euro per person per night. There was no communication about this. It wasn't until a quick google search told me otherwise.

Good location in quiet area . The staff were very helpful

It was noisy at the breakfast table next to us and it took a while to get some bacon . The parking can be an issue as there is limited spaces but we fortunate to get a space

Very Good

The hotel reception area and the bedroom are pretty. Location is good too with restaurants around. There's even a supermarket not too far away. Breakfast was decent.
